Templates define the layout of a day (which sections show up + what they're called). Schedules assign a template to each day of the week for a chosen duration.

New Template
One focus (e.g. "Rest") shows as a plain chip. Multiple focuses ("Push, Pull, Legs") show as tappable chips so you can pick which one on any given day.
Section types:
Strength — exercises with sets (weight × reps)
Cardio — type/distance/time/RPE
Metcon — rounds/time/RPE + movement list
Notes — free-form text
Custom — labeled free-form area (write anything)
New Schedule
Later schedules override earlier ones. Days you leave blank fall back to your default template.
